I've been going twice weekly to small group sessions at Make a Difference health and fitness for over a year now and I love it. For an affordable price, you get a Personal Trainer at the group sessions. The PT is a nice guy, and he knows his stuff. It helps that he is registered and insured! Lee takes the time to explain how to move safely and what muscle groups we are working. There's heaps of parking. And he plays great music. Recommend.

What a godsend! Amazing staff, really helpful from the first phone call to the appointments. My health has improved. Yes, it takes time for complex cases, and yes, I am complex, so I knew it could not expect a miracle cure in a few weeks. It didn't take a few weeks to get me in this position!
