For an affordable price, you get a Personal Trainer at the group sessions. The PT is a nice guy, and he knows his stuff. It helps that he is registered and insured! Lee takes the time to explain how to move safely and what muscle groups we are working. There's heaps of parking. And he plays great music. Recommend.

She always adjusts the mood too if I’m feeling some quiet, relaxed vibes with music and essential oils. My skin has never been better and I’m always glowing as I float back to my car after every single treatment!
