I've been practicing Reformer Pilates for a few years and I can honestly say Core Centralâ€™s instructor is by far the best instructor I have ever had. I leave every time shaking (in a good way ), using muscles I didn't know existed. You know the instructor has prepared meticulously for each class. Alicia

Core Central is amazing and a MASSIVE thank you to the instructor who properly showed me how to engage the core and differentiate between imprinted and neutral spine. I strongly recommend to anyone who could use some help in that department to book in for some one on one. Definitely my go to gym! LE

The Core Central studio is fantastic. I had health issues and was nervous about how I would handle returning to fitness.The team has been patient and all members welcoming. The work out program is brilliant. Wonderful teacher and a great program.

I have been going to Core now for nearly 2 years, I love going . When i started Pilates with Sammy my aching back has gone. It has taken around 3-6 months for me to notice the real benefits I am healthier then ever before. Core Central are Dedicated and professional, they have true passion and desire to help .

Core Central what a amazing centre what they have to offer is terrific such a huge arrangement of activity's. Pilates, Rehab training, Personal Training, Boxing,Yoga, Dance Classes most of these run 7 days a week. Something for everyone great place to come and visit.
