My experience at Ireands was amazing. I purchased my X-Trail second hand, about a year ago, and Odley was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, there wasn't massive amounts of pressure. Compared with sales tactics from another car organisation in Cairns, it was chalk & cheese. Next time I need a car, it will be these guys I'll be going to first & foremost.

I am amazed at the negative reviews here. My experience was quite the opposite (August 2021) and I would gladly do business with them again. I recently traded in our family car and upgraded to a newer Mazda 3 sedan. I found the service and assistance from Rhys in sales of a high standard, and the whole Westco Motors sales team were very supportive if Rhys was busy when I dropped in. Westco Motors willingly and patiently satisfied any concerns I had about my new car. Full marks also to their mechanic for his cooperation and reassurances. I found the experience before and after the sale pleasant. All round I was very happy and have no hesitation in writing this referral.

I really can't fault these guys and ladies too. Macca looked after me and he was so helpful and knowledgeable. Walked in at 9.30am and back out again (after a lunch break while they spruced the car up) at about 1pm. Drove home in my new used car feeling happy and grateful. Found exactly what I want at the right price. A great team all 'round and everyone from the manager to all those I dealt with were friendly and helpful.

I first dropped my vehicle in to be assessed for a full respray, I was met with professionalism. Lance then broke down what would be required and how the work would be carried out in easy to understand language. When my vehicle was left for the commencement of work I was given a time frame of when the vehicle would be completed and assured that my vehicle would be locked up outside of business hours. I also received a couple of phone calls when some unexpected issues were found when the factory paint was stripped back. These faults were explained and what would be done to rectify these issues. The quality of workmanship on display with the final result is outstanding. All panels are straight and not the slightest remnant of any dent. The paintwork is amazing no hint of imperfections that I can see. My vehicle looks better now than when I first bought it. Thanks again Lance and your team

Popped in to see Lance about a quote for my WRX, some dents and panels repainted. He had it in for only 2 business days and when i turned up i see his team had gone above and beyond on it, they did more than they were asked of at the same price and the quality of the work is just astounding. Top tier business and seeing people who actually care about the job they do is very refreshing. Highly recommend and i want to thank everyone involved in the work, it's much appreciated.

We have been dealing with Mareeba Mazda for around 8 or 9 years, and have obtained 4 vehicles from them in that time. It's always a pleasure dealing with them, and in our case particularly Adrian Madrid who is always very supportive and helpful. Our most recent experience was with a replacement vehicle through an insurance claim - nothing was too much trouble for Adrian, he always returned our calls, and assisted our daughter when she collected the vehicle. Great customer service, great after sales support - we've enjoyed dealing with Mareeba Mazda over the years. Well done to all the team!
