I would give Westco motors zero stars if I could. Every potential buyer should be very careful if considering buying from this dealership - my advice is don’t buy any vehicle from Westco motors cairns. My story is so unbelievable but unfortunately so true. Bought a brand new Amorok paid in full 72 hours after driving out of the showroom problems - no roadside assistance had to drive the car 80km back to the dealership they had the car for 7 weeks and then sent an email to say car ready to collect! We had been pushing for a replacement car after week 3 and by the 6 week mark a full refund. We have been arguing with them for 3 months - they have our Amorok parked outside in the cyclone and weather within the service compound but do not respond to our emails or request for a refund. Shame on Westco motors

I bought a new car at the beginning of the year and they promised the best customer after service. Well this didn't eventuate!!!! Calls not returned, everything is too much of a hassle. I guess new cars are flying out the door so why bother with customer service.

I am amazed at the negative reviews here. My experience was quite the opposite (August 2021) and I would gladly do business with them again. I recently traded in our family car and upgraded to a newer Mazda 3 sedan. I found the service and assistance from Rhys in sales of a high standard, and the whole Westco Motors sales team were very supportive if Rhys was busy when I dropped in. Westco Motors willingly and patiently satisfied any concerns I had about my new car. Full marks also to their mechanic for his cooperation and reassurances. I found the experience before and after the sale pleasant. All round I was very happy and have no hesitation in writing this referral.
