Don't trust the Service department with your car. I had a snorkel fitted to my colorado and the nuts holding it on came flying off on the highway because it wasn't fitted correctly. And I also took it in on another occasion because the fuel filter light was coming up on the dash. They couldn't fix the problem and they charged me just to look at it and tell me they couldn't fix it. A mate of mine who's a mechanic checked under the bonnet - turns out it was a fuse! So we had it fixed in 2 minutes. Ireland's won't refund me for the service because I don't have paperwork or proof that it was a blown fuse. There was a time when I could never complain about Ireland's, but now it's clear. They might have a big Holden symbol stuck on the building but doesn't mean they know how to fix or service your Holden. Customer service and safety is not in these guys best interests and I will go elsewhere from now on. If you can't trust the guys that should be competent with servicing holdens, what are you meant to do?

Bad sevice and the after hours break down service does not ring you back or help you. Lucky i'm with R.A.C.Q. My car broke down twice in three days - it's only done 12 thousand ks. You get better sevice when you take something back to coles then you do here. I'm legally allowed to speak to the printable or the owner still waiting for the call. I was told I was wasting my time seeing the manager and I was right. They have no compassion what so ever your treated like a number. You spend thousands on a brand new car. No, 'sorry no do you need a lift'. No loan car. I was told they don't have loan cars, however I since found out that people have got them so another lie I was told. So tell me if your car broke down twice iin three days no phone call, your grandkids miss out on Easter hunt cause your car is broken down in the driveway, you're not allowed to be angry. Seriously we all need to get together with the owner of this place and have a big chat to him about this.

Ireland's Mitsubishi is by far the best dealership I've been to. No woman likes walking into car yards but this was a different story. There was no hounding or trying to unnecessarily up sell. Louis was great, very patient while I made a lot of calls to car friends about different aspects of the car I was looking at. The after sales service has been just as good and remains to be so over a year later. The servicing dept are so helpful and all the girls on the desk there are really knowledgeable and friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else

I recently purchased a brand new Lancer from my local dealer and was very disappointed to say the least about the quality of service I had to endure when picking up my new car. It was a Friday arvo rush job to get to the pub. They didn't even know how to connect my phone via Bluetooth. So I took my Lancer to Irelands for the first 1500 km free service and a small warranty job and I will be getting my car serviced here from now on and will most certainly purchase my next car here as well. Staff are very professional with everything. I cannot say anything bad about Irelands.

Bought a new car from Irelands. Spent hours and hours there whilst the image conscious staff goes through their process. From laconic sales personnel, then the girl who wants to sell you $3000 of aftermarket interior/exterior protection, then finance. They have no understanding of time, but they look good. Same problem when I had my previous car serviced there, regular delays in handing the serviced vehicle back on time, but they always ask whether I can drop the car off at 7.30am. So much for me and the car turning up by appointment on time. Should have gone to Townsville.

I have purchased over 6 Cars in the last 7 yrs from a Mazda RX8 to a Ford BOSS, This is our first Holden, for over 15yrs and never have I been so disgusted with the service. Even as I write this not one of the many managers called me to sort the problems out. Very Poor Communication Only one staff member had the decency to even try and fix the problems. I will not recommend this company, I was told to go to Townsville and purchase a car from locals but thought I'd give them a try, I too will advise others not to trade with Ireland. Shame on the Managers Shame on the owner, I will be posting this on every site related to Ireland I can find.
