My experience at Ireands was amazing. I purchased my X-Trail second hand, about a year ago, and Odley was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, there wasn't massive amounts of pressure. Compared with sales tactics from another car organisation in Cairns, it was chalk & cheese. Next time I need a car, it will be these guys I'll be going to first & foremost.

Ireland's Mitsubishi is by far the best dealership I've been to. No woman likes walking into car yards but this was a different story. There was no hounding or trying to unnecessarily up sell. Louis was great, very patient while I made a lot of calls to car friends about different aspects of the car I was looking at. The after sales service has been just as good and remains to be so over a year later. The servicing dept are so helpful and all the girls on the desk there are really knowledgeable and friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else

I recently purchased a brand new Lancer from my local dealer and was very disappointed to say the least about the quality of service I had to endure when picking up my new car. It was a Friday arvo rush job to get to the pub. They didn't even know how to connect my phone via Bluetooth. So I took my Lancer to Irelands for the first 1500 km free service and a small warranty job and I will be getting my car serviced here from now on and will most certainly purchase my next car here as well. Staff are very professional with everything. I cannot say anything bad about Irelands.

I am amazed at the negative reviews here. My experience was quite the opposite (August 2021) and I would gladly do business with them again. I recently traded in our family car and upgraded to a newer Mazda 3 sedan. I found the service and assistance from Rhys in sales of a high standard, and the whole Westco Motors sales team were very supportive if Rhys was busy when I dropped in. Westco Motors willingly and patiently satisfied any concerns I had about my new car. Full marks also to their mechanic for his cooperation and reassurances.
