“If you are in the market for any Bike Alison and I can validate that Oliver from Trinity Cycle Works should be your destination. We live in Mackay and visited Trinity Cycle Works on a visit to Cairns, Oliver provided excellent knowledge and customer service with respect to the Brand we were interested in Kalkhoff as we had limited knowledge, it was due to his dedication we decided to purchase two Ebikes. The issue we had we had left Cairns and at this point we were at Mission Beach. We rang his store back, and again nothing was too much trouble, in fact Oliver suggested he had had family in Mackay who he was visiting and offered to personally deliver the Ebikes to our residence. Additional to this he left a family gathering on a public holiday to provide our bikes with the first service due. His character is excellent his passion for his business care and attention to detail is outstanding reflecting the quality of products he endorses. Alison & Dan”
