I recently purchased a Cervelo bike from Oliver and couldn't be happier with the service or the bike. Oliver stayed back late so he could spend the time doing the bike fit. He made me feel comfortable and was very patient with my indecisiveness. I had to buy pedals and a few other accessories and Oliver recommended different options, not just the most expensive ones. Its refreshing to find someone who cares. After spending more that $3000 for a Kalkhoff E bike in Sydney, I found my bike needed servicing because of a nasty noise. The owner, name forgotten, sorted the problem and documented the bike as per manufacturers requirements. He was very thorough, cheerful and informative. I can highly recomend this business. Went in Yesterday to get some new tyres for my son's road bike ahead of the Cardiac Challange ride to Cooktown. Being new to cycling world, I couldn't have gone to a better store. Oliver provided us with information on what was necessary and what was unnecessary to purchase to kit our son's bike. Long story short, we walked out with his bike up to scratch with the safety side of things and saving a lot of $$ in the process. I had been looking at prices online prior to coming to his store and I was so surprised as his prices were often cheaper than big online stores. It was also great to deal with Oliver, who is so knowledgeable but not driven by the sale: that is a rare thing today. Would highly highly recommed this store to anyone!! Its easy to see why Oliver has been in business for 20+ years.

I recently went to Oliver for a bike fit as I was having a lot foot pain and numb hand. I am sure we all can identify with those. Oliver made time at end of his day on a week-end after we had travelled two hours away to see him. Oliver inspected the bike, the way I was riding (showing me on my phone video what was happening) and made gradual adjustments until he was satisfied he had covered all the bases. Since the bike fit I have had no more foot pain and my bicycle is running really smooth. It was well worth the travel time and cost for the bike fit.
