Hi, I am Julie, and I run Bodywork Evolution, a home-based, fully-equipped Pilates Studio in Pacific Pines, just bordering Maudsland. I am Clinical Pilates trained so I can help with injuries and movement restrictions. I also offer Remedial Massage and Structural Integration, which are injury-based or movement restrictions/weakness-based. I have over 25 years of experience and am currently studying for my Bachelor in Clinical Sciences (Osteopathy), so I have a passion for understanding and treating injuries or movement problems. My daughter and I attended Reformer Pilates sessions led by Christian and I’ve never felt stronger! I began with complaints of lethargy and muscle loss and ended up feeling amazing and so much stronger after only about 8 weeks! We had laughs at the same time. I’ve completely changed my perception on fitness after many many years of abstinence. And thanks to Christian, I will carry on with Pilates training when I move to NY now.
