My daughter and I attended Reformer Pilates sessions led by Christian and I’ve never felt stronger! I began with complaints of lethargy and muscle loss and ended up feeling amazing and so much stronger after only about 8 weeks! We had laughs at the same time. I’ve completely changed my perception on fitness after many many years of abstinence. And thanks to Christian, I will carry on with Pilates training when I move to NY now. Great Pilates class, small group with only four in the class so I felt like I got the attention I needed. Elissa is a very knowledgeable instructor and was a great help with my back pain.
