Mick and the guys helped me out this afternoon at the last minute, after another workshop told me I needed an auto electrician to fix my car. Mick was helpful, fixed my car and helped me out with a great price and even did a last minute rego check for me when I realised it was about to expire. So accomodating and wonderful! Did fantastic work super quickly, really kind and were happy to educate me and explain what they were doing for me. Literally one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The guys were friendly and not condescending in the slightest (even when I asked stupid questions) and even explained what I should do next. I cannot recommend enough, so incredible to find such amazing customer service so close by. I was treated with compassion, respect and professionalism, and If I could give 6/5 stars I would, thank you again for everything!!
