After having spent over $700 at Gibbos at Belmont on my car air conditioning only six months ago I have taken my car in for someone to look at this as it’s now blowing hot air.. I was told I will have to wait two weeks for this which is disappointing as it clearly wasn’t fixed properly in the first place. Your-receptionist, she is certainly not the one you want dealing with your customers..very rude..not good for your business as other reviews state the same

So accomodating and wonderful! Did fantastic work super quickly, really kind and were happy to educate me and explain what they were doing for me. Literally one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The guys were friendly and not condescending in the slightest (even when I asked stupid questions) and even explained what I should do next. I cannot recommend enough, so incredible to find such amazing customer service so close by. I was treated with compassion, respect and professionalism, and If I could give 6/5 stars I would, thank you again for everything!!

I definitely won’t be back. After noticing the installation of a safety Dave camera that was installed, wasn’t completed properly, I rang expressing my concerns and was told to come back and the problem would be rectified. I drove back today from Port Stephens to get it rectified only to be treated very poorly. The lady at reception at first didn’t welcome me back and seemed to question my concerns, despite the staff member on the phone apologizing profusely when I rang a few days prior. After waiting for 10 minutes by my car for someone to come out to see what they were going to do, no one came out. On going back to desk, I was advised I simply had to wait as everyone was on a break. Thanks for telling me. NOT ! Eventually a worker approached my car and began work with no communication. He walked past me when he finished and just said “It’s Done”. I was made to feel like a leper. Paul O’Brien and his company was highly recommend but I will not return

BMW X3 Auto stop/start not functioning properly, with all sorts of error messages, initiated on menu screen, plus go directly to BMW Service centre. Contacted Gibbo’s (Paul), informed they had a former BMW mechanic amongst staff. Diagnosed battery issue, ( 7.5 yrs old). Time efficient, and very cost efficient. Smooth drive since 01/07/2020. Thanks guy’s.
