Rude, dismissive, argumentative and petty

Darren (who does blue slips for motorbikes) got very dismissive, rude, argumentative and petty when I questioned his blue slip for my Kawasaki Vulcan Voyager being put down as a Kawasaki Vulcan Classic. I didn't want my bike registered as the wrong kind. Darren said he was unable to find my model in the list he was choosing from, so he just put it as what he thought was closest. These are very different bikes, and when I questioned him about it, he became dismissive, telling me to stop making it hard for myself, and that I should just pay for a green slip, go to the RMS and get plates issued. I went to Service NSW who, surprise surprise, wouldn't register the bike because of conflicting model names. They said Darren should have hand written a paper form blue slip if he couldn't find my model listed online. When I returned to Tyrepower and told him this, he became visibly and audibly annoyed, rude, dismissive and petty. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business.
