Absolutely the perfect coffee shop for quality. With there own original coffee blend of beans, even the fussy coffee drinker won’t pass this up. Nitro ice teas on tap, along with cold brew on tap. Bagels….absolutely won’t be disappointed on these. Fresh pastries daily, gluten free options also. Did I mention the coffee soft serve, yes coffee soft serve is heaven. Unbelievably delicious and you won’t be disappointed. Weekends it’s freshly made Belgium waffles top with strawberries and coffee soft serve… Come on in and meet the team open every day from 5.30am - 3pm Can’t make it in you can Uber a delicious treat for yourself. Fabulous service, and excellent menu and great coffee! I ordered the smashed avocado with kimchi and it was amazing - best for breakfast though, perfect kimchi. Great also that it is dog friendly with water bowls outside.

In 2011, Kai Coffee Founders Sean and Emily Naus set off to Australia with their 9 month old son Elijah Kai on an adventure that would forever change their lives. Sean had always been a massive coffee fan and thought he knew good coffee until he stumbled upon a little cafe in Byron Bay, New South Wales. The flavor of the coffee and texture of the milk was unlike anything he had ever experienced in America and he was hooked! Sean and Emily had always had a heart for children in the developing world who were hungry and in need of care. 6 months after moving to Australia they decided to try an experiment. Could they roast coffee and sell it at markets to help send funds to Uganda, Africa and bless kids in need? They ordered a small 500g coffee roaster and Kai Coffee was born. 9 years later that little home experiment grew into a full fledged roasting distribution and training company. Kai Coffee has supplied over 80 cafes around Australia and growing everyday. Last year they were able to send 200,000 meals to kids in Uganda through the work of the Shepherd Center in the South West corner of Uganda and Feed The Hungry, Australia in Northern Uganda.

Very disappointing the way I was treated. I often eat there and the food is always good the coffee the best but I have never been treated the way i was the last time I visited there. It was my granddaughters 3 birthday so I decided to spoil her and have lunch there the staff were great except for one. My granddaughter needed to wee URGENTLY I was still eating and asked a staff member i my granddaughter could use the bathroom I was told I had to take her to the public toilets down near Woolworths my lunch sat half eaten and i had to leave my meal to rush the 3 year old to the public toilets which was a long way away I thought you were child friendly and of course having to leave my meal and run like crazy with a tearful child down the street to the public toilets was most upsetting and disappointing, Not happy and in the past I haven recommended this cafe the many people not any more if that is the way you treat a paying local

Always get a great coffee here...best on the Sunny Coast. I have always found the staff to be very efficient, courteous and friendly. The food is great. My fave is the Drover's Deluxe fillet steak burger ....just to die.😋

Always get a great coffee here...best on the Sunny Coast. I have always found the staff to be very efficient, courteous and friendly. The food is great. My fave is the Drover's Deluxe fillet steak burger ....just to die.😋

Fabulous service, and excellent menu and great coffee! I ordered the smashed avocado with kimchi and it was amazing - best for breakfast though, perfect kimchi. Great also that it is dog friendly with water bowls outside.

Absolutely the perfect coffee shop for quality. With there own original coffee blend of beans, even the fussy coffee drinker won’t pass this up. Nitro ice teas on tap, along with cold brew on tap. Bagels….absolutely won’t be disappointed on these. Fresh pastries daily, gluten free options also. Did I mention the coffee soft serve, yes coffee soft serve is heaven. Unbelievably delicious and you won’t be disappointed. Weekends it’s freshly made Belgium waffles top with strawberries and coffee soft serve… Come on in and meet the team open every day from 5.30am - 3pm Can’t make it in you can Uber a delicious treat for yourself.
