This review is written from the perspective of a neighbour of someone who contracted True Blue Tree and Stump Removal so therefore I can’t comment on the quoting process or the value of the service. This review comments on the interaction had with the owner following the removal of trees from my neighbours yard. The workers positioned the required large machinery in front of our house in a way that obstructed our driveway. Additional machines were positioned on our front lawn that dropped oil and has damaged the lawn. The owner has been arrogant during most phone conversations and has not demonstrated ability to comprehend the issue. At the completion of the work wood chips were littered over my entire front lawn and garden beds. The neighbour attempted to rectify the problem but was not successful. I contacted the owner who returned 3 days later for aprox. 5minutes with a leaf blower and was told I was blowing it out of perspective, The woo chip is still through the lawn.

Big Thankyou to mick and the boys for a job well done today. They did a totally professional job with our tree maintenance and we couldn’t be happier. We would have no hesitation in recommending mick at central tree services. Well done and many thanks.

Today I experienced the best team I have had on my Premises over fifty years of living here. I wish I could have done more for them over and above what was charged than I did. It was hot and hard but made no difference to their attitude. A credit to the industry.
