From the day Evolution opened, it has been and still is the premier coffee shop in Sippy Downs. It filled a very large gap in quality coffee in the area.

I go to Evolution quite often for coffee and they serve nice-tasting muffin and coffee. The service is good, too.

This hole-in-the-wall serves to fill that coffee-shaped hole in the heart. Plus, they have some really great staff who make good coffee consistently. They also make an effort to remember what's going on in their customers' life.
