Had Ben do a job over a year ago. Problem appeared to be fixed but when leaking reappeared as water ingress to concrete block walls and he was asked to attend (and be paid due to lapse in time at my request - not a warranty call back), he came back with "too busy". It was his work that needed repair and he would not even give a time in the future, just "too busy". Rather disappointing. So much for Gold Class plumber...
