Can't speak highly enough of this vet hospital. Even before moving permanently to Port we took our beautiful Kelpie Juno to this hospital and were so impressed we knew where we would bring our girl once we moved. We subsequently used East Port Vet pin several occasions, sadly the last was to euthanize our girl. The service, empathy, and compassion shown to us and our beloved girl could not be faulted. Five Star PLUS for this practice. Veterinary Hospital of Port Macquarie once again excelled with their dedication to professionalism and caring manner towards us and our beloved Bella. Dr Ziggy took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. I was made to feel completely at ease and confident that I was doing the right thing for my beloved Bella, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. What touched me most was the way Toby sat down with me for much needed encouraging words of comfort before I faced the inevitable. He was patient and understanding, and he really made me feel that I wasn't alone in this difficult journey. His empathy and genuine care made the whole situation easier to bear. I am so grateful for his help. The kindness he showed me will remain with me forever.

We would like to thank Michael and ALL the beautiful staff at Wauchope Vets, for the wonderful care and compassion they have shown to our beautiful Blaze. We thought for sure that we were going to lose him last week, but Michael and the team have managed to give him another chance. Even though Blaze still has a fight on his paws, he is so much better after the surgery and the help he has received. Today he is back to barking at the workmen in our yard! Michael kept us informed all they way, and cared for Blaze over the ANZAC weekend...they have been nothing short of amazing! All the staff are so friendly and caring to both animals and owners. They understand the love, fear and pain that comes with perhaps losing a beloved "pet" child.. We are blessed to have found such a wonderful clinic. We love you guys, Lynda and Luke and of course Blaze!!

I had the unhappy task of taking my beautiful and loyal friend of 17 years to be put to sleep and just want to say that the compassion and caring that was shown by the staff was second to none I will always be grateful
