After reading some of the reviews I was a bit hesitant to bring my Jeep here. However my experience was really great. I was able to be dropped off and picked up. Jordan the driver/spare parts employee was so polite and a pleasure to talk with, not to mention a very safe driver. Jacob was very attentive and kept me informed re how the service was going and what actually was involved with the service. The front desk girls were awesome and had no issues with sorting out my "missing" log book and the mechanics appear to have done a thorough job and found my logbook! What more can you ask for? I might add, Im from Melbourne, and the service here this time was better than home.

The worst after-care service, especially the service centre for repairs. If you buy a second-hand car off them, be careful. They try stretching the repairs out past the 3 months that they have to cover car for so you have to pay for it or you have to go through the extended warranty that doesn't cover much and 9 times out of 10 not the problem that they were supposed to fix—so if buying a second-hand car, you will be put on the back burner and stuffed around. They're only worried about the new and big priced cars. Read their reviews on there website—you'll see for your self.

Don't buy from them OR take your car there for service - extremely bad company culture and uncaring attitude towards customers! Terrible Terrible Terrible! Hyundai Service is very bad! Stuffed me around so many times. There is a different Customer Service Representative every time I go there! No one cares! Stuffed up jobs, extended delays, last minute cancellation for a job booked 2 weeks in advanced. [names removed] are completely hopeless. If I was their boss, they would be fired long time ago! I run a local business myself and want to give businesses to other local businesses, but Tynan continues to disappoint me time and time again! I don't know how they can get away with this level of service in this day and age. Management doesn't care either, so complaining doesn't get you anywhere. Don't have time to go to complain to the Department of Fair Trading, so venting my frustration here. Nobody from Tynan will care I am sure! One of the owners called me today in response to the online review I left. All she did was justify how they do business. Did not even understand my frustration whatsoever. Another 20 minutes wasted explaining the same problem, and left with no better experience. They are a family business been around for 50 years, have sales and service centres in major locations, therefore they think their business will survive, no matter how they operate. At some stage, poor service and customer dissatisfaction will catch up to them and they will loose market share. I feel completely disempowered by the experience I had and feel like I have no say over how these big businesses operate and get away with terrible service. Warning to public - buying or servicing from Tynan Motors will leave you with a very bitter experience! Do not do business with Tynan!

The guys at Tynan made the purchase of my new car easy and enjoyable. They are very friendly and I would recommend them for sure. I dealt with Lauren, Mike and Shellie all of which did fantastic jobs. Thanks guys
