The worst after-care service, especially the service centre for repairs. If you buy a second-hand car off them, be careful. They try stretching the repairs out past the 3 months that they have to cover car for so you have to pay for it or you have to go through the extended warranty that doesn't cover much and 9 times out of 10 not the problem that they were supposed to fixâ€”so if buying a second-hand car, you will be put on the back burner and stuffed around. They're only worried about the new and big priced cars. Read their reviews on there websiteâ€”you'll see for your self.

Don't buy from them OR take your car there for service - extremely bad company culture and uncaring attitude towards customers!
Terrible Terrible Terrible! Hyundai Service is very bad!
Stuffed me around so many times. There is a different Customer Service Representative every time I go there! No one cares! Stuffed up jobs, extended delays, last minute cancellation for a job booked 2 weeks in advanced. [names removed] are completely hopeless. If I was their boss, they would be fired long time ago!
I run a local business myself and want to give businesses to other local businesses, but Tynan continues to disappoint me time and time again!
I don't know how they can get away with this level of service in this day and age.
Management doesn't care either, so complaining doesn't get you anywhere. Don't have time to go to complain to the Department of Fair Trading, so venting my frustration here. Nobody from Tynan will care I am sure!

We have been a satisfied service customer for many years. Now something has gone wrong with the organisation. The customer service experience is dominated by pushy, perfunctory attitudes that appear to value the size of the bill that they can create, rather than customer value. Our recent service charge was over $1500, even though there were no major service issues addressed. We were constantly contacted during the service with messages that the mechanic has noticed that this or that needs replacing. Many of the suggestions were plainly ridiculous, suggesting issues that would have been noted by any competent and experienced driver, i.e. the drivers side window is sticking and needs a new motor. Our concerns were just dismissed by the customer service staff. We paid the bill and left for the last time.

This has to be THE WORST repair/service centre. Staff are arrogant and rude. We were given a quote for a car service and when we went to pick up the car the price was $1,000.00 MORE than quoted. They said it didn't include labour. They ended up dropping the price by $300 after we complained. They also charged us $900 for a part which we have since found out by another servicer only cost $400, that plus the part didn't even need replacing!!!!!!! Horrible people to deal with who only want money! They do not care about the customer at all.
