This year has been a huge year for me as I was diagnosed with a horrible illness. Whilst I am battling my health it was recommended to me to take up a gentle exercise plan. I am not your usual gym type person and I was after something that would be gentle on my body but also very good for me and a friend suggested Advantage Pilates. What a fantastic place, the staff have been so good to me, very kind and very helpful. I didn't think I would say this, but I actually look forward to my classes each week...thank you AP <3

I was wanting to lose a little weight and be fitter in general and a friend recommended Advantage Pilates. They have been so wonderful there, keeping me focused and motivated. Whether it is personal classes or group classes, they have a class that suits your needs. Finding myself feeling more confident and happier since starting Pilates. Highly recommend it to all.
