Stunning historic country homestead with gardens, farm buildings and a cafe giving you an insight into rural life in the 1800's. Available to the public for tours, weddings, functions and events. This ten-hectare grazing property was first inhabited by British settlers led by Henry Dumaresq in the 1830's. Today it includes an elegant, extensive, fully furnished Edwardian homestead, built between 1888 and 1906, and 15 farm and other buildings dating up to 1910, with their collections of early farm equipment.

“This place is definitely worth a visit. Excellent. The property is very well maintained in its 1906 state. The tour guide is fantastic too. Lunch at their cafe was also very pleasant. I highly recommend it to anyone.”

“I wish I could live in this beautiful place with its gorgeous interior and exterior; and impeccably clean. The beds were very comfortable, we didn't want to get up each day! Lindsay house is so incredibly cosy yet classy and the lovely Pam looked after me and my family, we didn't want to leaVe. She was attentive and so lovely. I look forward to visiting again. Also, Olive the resident sausage dog is an excellent added feature, cute and cuddly.”
