The BEST Water Testing near Townsville QLD

Great staff, happy to see you on your shopping trip, very helpful if you need to top up the old grey matter and my animals like the feeds and seeds, I also like their pool supplies, to keep my swimming hole nice and clean. Thumbs Up from me!

Very pleased

I highly recommend Willis Pool Shop. The service and standard is very professional. The advice is provided to me in an easy to understand manner and always found their advice to be accurate in resolving any issues in my pool. The support they provide to me makes me feel comfortable and confident as I know I have someone to help me at all times. Awesome customer service.

Fantastic Service, highly recommend.

Excellent knowledge, highly in depth and excellent at providing info on all things pool-service related, I was thoroughly impressed and happy to finally be getting the correct information and answers I needed. Friendly & happy to answer questions. Tania is absolutely wonderful and the most knowledgeable pool shop worker I've met hands down - I have been to 4 pool places in town over the years and she was by far the most knowledgeable and helpful regarding my pool issues. Will definitely be my new permanent pool go-to shop. Pool chemicals are fair priced relative to others.
