Terrible service. Sun City Pools we're engaged in November 2021 to install a concrete pool. It is now nearly July and the installation isn't anywhere near finished. Multiple contract and safety breaches not to mention the excuses. Communication is non existent. Extremely disappointing customer service and will not be recommending this company to anyone.

I found the team at Suncity Pools super efficient. They built our pool & we have had them doing the maintenance while we have been overseas.. Would recommend them

I have been waiting over 12 months for Sun City Pools to repair my pool under warranty. It took them about 3 months to initially come and inspect it and they agreed it was a warranty issue, now they keep saying they will get around to it but I'm fed up. I have even gone to consumer affairs who mediated and Sun city pools told them they would be around to fix it but still no joy. I would highly recommend NOT using Sun city pools for your new pool.
