Worst experience even imaginable.
Had “work” done on my car only for it to be shown that it wasn’t done properly and some not even done at all, and after going back they refused to listen or refund me. Even got a call from the business owner basically explaining to me that my rights as a customer don’t mean anything to them.
Adam, who is the manager, spoke to me very poorly and downgrading, and even lead me on getting my hopes up that I could get a refund only for it to change 2 minutes later when I could do what he asked of me, probably thinking that I couldn’t.
Probably not the best way to run a business, and these self entitled people just aren’t worth risking your car and your life with.
Talk about being unprofessional!!! They had my car all day for a service and a pink slip. After paying $220 for the service, which they were very happy to take, they told me they could not pass it for a pink slip. When I asked how much it would cost to get my car fixed for the slip they replied "I don't know but it wont be happening here". Rude and arrogant!!!! The following day I went to another mechanic where my car was passed in a manner of minutes. I was told I had a small engine leak and a price to fix it as soon as I could. I can only recommend New Lambton Service Centre to people who want to be over charged and treated like a third rate citizen. In summary, this was the worst experience I have ever had as a customer. 22 years in business? I'm surprised they lasted 2.
Awesome experience today staff went out of their way to check my tyres to make sure they were safe to drive as a noise had developed
Fixed problem in five minutes and I was on my way
