Appallingly bad service. A week after I ordered a transfer pump and after many phone calls, they told me it was 'lost in transit' and couldn't get one freighted for another two days. I had already explained that as my pump had failed, I had no water in my house so I was actually desperate. They made no attempt to offer any alternative solution or help me in any way. It wasn't a case of cost, I would happily have paid more for another pump but no attempt was made to find a solution. I eventually sourced the same pump elsewhere, received it within 36 hours from interstate and it was almost half the cost, including freight! In speaking with other people that have had dealings with this company, I have learned that this is not an isolated experience. I would NOT recommend.

I have always been impressed with the service from this company. They installed our pool about 12 years ago and have nothing but top class treatment from them since. I am impressed by the enthusiasm of the new staff. Les Saurine Lennox Head.

Thanks for a prompt response to my crisis, as the septic tank was overflowing. I didn't realise the pump had failed. The team at Mid Richmond Plumbers organised for the Plumber to attend straight away. Joe was very professional and had everything up and running in no time. Thanks again for a great job.

Am so pleased we have a ‘go to’ guy now in our company for all our welding, fitting and irrigation requirements. Rick has done quite a few jobs for us now and each time he’s been reliable with great communication, excellent value, and his work and qualifications are top notch. Highly recommend.

All I can say is that Christmas came early this year. Yesterday the hot water tank went on the fritz. After doing the usual troubleshooting it was obvious I needed a plumber. By sheer chance we had visitors at the house, one of which gave me Pipe Masters phone number. I talked to Lachlan and even though he was clear out in Nimbin he assured me he would stop by in the afternoon (it was nearly noon when I called). Lachlan showed up about 3:30. After troubleshooting the unit Lachlan informed me what the problems were and and fixed the unit. Wrapped in courtesy, knowledge and integrity, this is one Christmas gift I am keeping.
