Highly recommend staying away from this company. Do your research and see how the competitors treat you before you settle for this one. I’ve experienced a 6 month wait and the lowest quality of customer service I’ve ever experienced - I am in the construction trade and would never treat a customer like a number and they didn’t matter. Please make sure you try other companies first, you will instantly feel the professionalism (I did 6 months later when I took my pool elsewhere) Shameful business

First i phones Ballina pools and received a recorded message. Four Time. I eventually worked out that this system was cactus and best ignored. Then I sent an email which was promptly replied to, with the information I needed. Then I called personally at the Ballina Pool Shop and bought the item that I needed badly. It was encouraging that one of my extant local dealers had the kit I needed. I warmly endorse the service of Ballina Pool Shop. James Stuart
