About Coraki, NSW
Coraki is a small suburban town located in the local government area of the Richmond Valley Council in the state of New South Wales. The suburb’s name is derived from the term Bundjalung Gurigay, which means “the meeting of the waters.” William Yabsley founded the suburb in 1849 and since then, it has become a centre for agriculture industries such as cattle raising, tea tree oil and sugarcane production.
