Investing in property is not easy or simple, it's risky, and needs a lot of faith that the property is going to be looked after by both the people who make a home for themselves in there, and the agent who is managing it. Having an agent who understands that is invaluable. PLs response time to issues is prompt for both the occupants and us. They are very helpful and knowledgeable, have a great support network of handy people and tradies to help us keep things on track and in good servicable order.
