We have purchased through Property Ladder, and also have them property managing for us. Investing in property is not easy or simple, it's risky, and needs a lot of faith that the property is going to be looked after by both the people who make a home for themselves in there, and the agent who is managing it. Having an agent who understands that is invaluable. PLs response time to issues is prompt for both the occupants and us. They are very helpful and knowledgeable, have a great support network of handy people and tradies to help us keep things on track and in good servicable order. Our properties are now in better condition then they were when we bought them, and we have lovely occupants in them. We want to keep it that way. Thanks PL team, we appreciate the extra that you do.

I called for a viewing of a house that was advertised on the real estate app. Linda Tuck was of no help & absolutely rude! If it is no longer available why is it still on the site? Poor customer service skills. Will not rent or buy with this real estate! Disgusting!
