How this agent is still in business is beyond me. Just had the displeasure of speaking to one of the rudest individuals I’ve ever dealt with. Stay well clear of this agent.

Ace Real-estate is genuinely the tenant friendly real estate. On Christmas Eve, CJ the principal of Ace Real estate visits elderly and isolated tenants to bring them good cheer!

Ask them many times and email them many times asking for something no reply at all, Call them phone is off the hook.

I wouldn’t recommended Ace Realty to anyone. I see the property they manage in my neighbourhood for many years and feel sorry for the tenants. I have complained and have nil response to the issues requiring attendance/repair. I wonder what the landlord thinks if indeed they care. Sad state of affairs. Bet they never think twice about collecting the exorbitant rents. This one star is with nil exaggeration. Anonymous

Everything went so smoothly and the salesperson was good to follow-up on all the minor details plus excellent communication to keep me informed.

Very professional, nothing was too much of a hassle for them, they went out of their way to show us properties to suit us and our lifestyle. Very friendly and compassionate about helping us find our dream home. Highly recommend
