Hi, I am Julie, and I run Bodywork Evolution, a home-based, fully-equipped Pilates Studio in Pacific Pines, just bordering Maudsland. I am Clinical Pilates trained so I can help with injuries and movement restrictions. I also offer Remedial Massage and Structural Integration, which are injury-based or movement restrictions/weakness-based.
