At A Ray of Fitness we specialise in giving you that unique experience of Personal Training within a small group of no more than 10 people. This allows us to give you the personal attention that you deserve during your training sessions, you won't be just another number like in a larger gym. Our classes are designed for all fitness levels (even if you have no fitness level), and there are no complicated routines that require high levels of co-ordination. With our smaller class sizes we find that there is no intimidation like you get at larger gyms and you gain motivation and support not only from your trainer but also from your fellow participants.

CrossFit Newcastle is a training facility that uses constantly varied functional movement performed at high intensity. We cater to all levels of fitness, whether you're a special forces operator, professional athlete, active sports person or a full time mum. All our workouts are scalable to suit the individuals needs.

Real Life Fitness is an owner-operator gym run by Sergio and Lisa Rossi who combined have over 30 years experience in the fitness industry. Our modern gym is decked out with Technogym equipment and offering an expansive group fitness timetable along with a strength zone, cardio zone and functional zone. We cater for the whole family with kids classes and a crèche to mind the little ones while you work out. We also offer personal training for that extra motivation if needed. Real Life Fitness is affiliated with CareTrac and also a registered provider with NIB. Operating 7 days / week: Monday - Thursday 5am - 8pm, Friday 5am - 7pm, Saturday 6am - 12pm & Sunday 7am - 12pm. He began in a gym at 9 years of age and 25 years later continues pursuing his passion of helping others understand their health As a writer, speaker and adviser his reputation rivals those in the health industry because he relates to those in need. Because David understands �the whole picture' and applies holistically, his students are able to apply his wisdom in a way that works for them. His knowledge has come from long exposure to the health and fitness industry. He dwells within a privileged circle of leaders, and has a multitude of professional coaches and athletes to tutor him over the years David Bergwerf is a genuine, enthusiastic and driven athlete with an affable presence. He is always warmly welcomed to relate, educate and influence those he encounters.
