I'm back into boxing training with TotalFighter fit after the 3 month enforced break of covid and am happy to be back. Dane is an excellent trainer who really works on getting my technique right. The sessions are also great for that stress release and cardio workout! Def recommend :)

I really missed training at this place since I moved away from the gong several years ago, excellent top level coaching and such a cool team, definitely need to stick my head in for a visit next time when I return!

Ta Mo Tao Martial Arts
Our friends teen aged kids go to Taekidokai Martial Arts and raves about it. We decided to take our son and believe it is the best thing we have done. Not only does he learn self discipline but it keeps him fit. The instructor is wonderful and has a lot of patience. We highly recommend their club as it is very professional and family orientated.
