I recently had an issue with my septic tank so I called Russell from Groundvac Mackay and I no time had him out to sort out my issue . Very profession outfit and service and response was awesome . On Top Pool Services do a fantastic job and are always friendly and approachable. Always on time and do not make any mess. Pool always looks great once they are finished. Just wish Mitch would wear a speedo as his uniform :-P

I ask them to come out and do a quote about November and they said they were booked out until January and they said they would book me in for then, i said that’s fine. February came and I rang them, they sounded like I was ringing for the first time. They came and had a look and he said the gutter above the pergola was a problem, no problem I said I’ll pay for it it has to be done, it’s full of holes,. They email back and said the can’t do the job, they only want easy jobs, I’ll never use the again and I’ll advise anybody else the same.
