Thank you Tropical Coast Plumbing. I had a roof leak in my laundry for many years which numerous companies had attempted to fix and charge me for. TCP were the only ones to keep attempting to find the root of the problem and actually find a solution. Your persistence and professionalism is really appreciated.

Very expensive. A call out fee of $227.27 on top of the time spent at the premises for replacing a kitchen mixer tap ($177 on their invoice once I had requested an itemised invoice) and fixing a tap leaking in the shower. Their invoice came to $757.86 spending only 1 and half hours at the house. Apparently saturday is an after hour call. I thought after hours would be after 5pm not on a saturday mid morning! This was not clearly stated on their text message whatsoever. I am not going to pay this call out fee!

Efficient, Service Cant be beaten, costs clearly explained. TCP turn up when they say they will. In fact they were about 15 minutes early and waiting for us ! Job completed fast and did a great job. "J C" told us exactly what was done - clearly explained. Young Lady in the office was super efficient and lovely personality. They are coming to do a job tomorrow at our home. We have no hesitation in recommending this company as THE best plumber we have ever dealt with.

A big shout out to Cookie and Tropical Coast Plumbing. My wife and I Manage Happyland Chinese in Moranbah. We had trouble with one of our gas appliances. After a early morning phone call we had the pleasure of meeting JORDAN at the restaurant. In no time at all he had the appliance up and running. Great work, great service. Excellent response service, the ONLY people to answer on a Sunday! Josh was a very knowledgeable person that got the job done in minimum time with an outstanding result. Highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a plumber for any job, big or small.
