The business has grown into a large family business with son's Simon, Nash and Peter all working in the business expanding across Queensland. Hot water burst, Found Tri plumbing on Local Search, they were out within 3 hours and installed a temp unit to get us going and returned the next day with a new Unit. Very easy to deal with. Haley on the phone was awesome! Thanks heaps!!!

These guys knew 6 months after I got a new roof there were major problems. After all the money I spent they didn't respond.

Poor customer service and work ethic of technician. 7 weeks ago requested 3 residential jobs to be completed in Mackay. 1. New toilet install (and old one removed) 2. Water hammer sound investigated 3. Cold water tap in shower replaced 1. Toilet removed and replaced 7 weeks ago, however technician ran out of caulking and would return later that week. 7 weeks later, still waiting. Tech called to make appointment to finish, never called and never showed up. Still waiting.... 2. Tech seemed uninterested, however stated he would return later that week to investigate. Still waiting... 3. As above. Very disappointed in this company. Would not use again and definitely would not recommend. Find another company.
