After a long day helping a friend pack up for moving I was tired and felt like a lovely plate of steak and chips: the steak was superb and beautifully cooked and my reception was friendly and welcoming, despite my grotty state!!! Very happy indeed; a lovely friendly accomodating pub. Highly recommended

Had a beautiful lunch yesterday.A very old pub but beautiful food my family all had chicken snitzel best we have had for a long time the veges were cooked and the salad was fresh and crunchie.

Great place for a lunch and a nice cold beer.

We stayed here a couple of nights and we felt very welcomed. The staff made our stay hassle free and very relaxing. Thank you guys!!
