Had a beautiful lunch yesterday.A very old pub but beautiful food my family all had chicken snitzel best we have had for a long time the veges were cooked and the salad was fresh and crunchie.

Dropped in after a day in Tamworth and had one of the best steaks I've ever had. Well worth the money! All meals were great and met a few nice locals. I'll be definitely go back soon for a nice cold beer.

Charming Old pub in need of a few repairs BUT extremely comfortable beds, large rooms and plenty of hot water in showers. Great value for money. Fantastic Indian restaurant upstairs.
