Our original gym, created in 2007, located in Central Coast Leagues Club, overlooking Brisbane Water and the Leagues Club Park in Gosford. With several years of experience in holistic health in Herb Medicine, Nutrition, Yoga, Ayurveda & Massage the owner, Mia is a wealth of knowledge in the Natural Therapy field. Thai Massage is her passion. She explains it is the most holistic form of therapy combining modern scientific knowledge of anatomy & physiology with the disciplines of traditional oriental medicine. The purpose of Thai massage is to bring the body, mind, and spirit into a state of balance and harmony, providing an opportunity for deep self-healing. The practitioner always begins the session with a blessing, a moment of centering and connection, asking for assistance from the lineage of teacher (God, The founder Dr. Jivaka, Buddha, or her own personal teacher). She asks for healing for the receiver, herself, anyone else she knows who needs healing, the world and the earth. During the Massage, you lie on a soft, padded cushion fully clothed with natural cotton clothes provided. Your body will gently go places it could not during a yoga class or solitary stretching. Like Yoga, it uses the breath to access deeper layers of your body & mind for healing & toning. She has more than 15 years experience, yet continues to work on her teaching and personal practice. Jenni is available to teach regular classes, pre and post natal classes, and private classes.
