During the Massage, you lie on a soft, padded cushion fully clothed with natural cotton clothes provided. Your body is placed into yoga postures while simultaneously using combinations of rhythmic stretching, compression, rocking, and shifting. Your body will gently go places it could not during a yoga class or solitary stretching. Like Yoga, it uses the breath to access deeper layers of your body & mind for healing & toning. Working with 10 main energy lines & the primary acupressure points on these lines makes it possible to treat a whole range of imbalances resulting from disturbances in the flow of Prana(energy). By working on the skin, muscles, organs and the skeletal structure, blood and lymph circulation are increased and toxins are removed from the tissues.
