Yoga Health is Townville's newest and largest professional yoga centre. The teachers are all experienced and focus on a balanced approach, with personality, to the one thing they all love: Yoga. Yoga Health is also part of a community of yoga teachers across the city and actively supports finding the right yoga for you. Our classes range in difficulty and type so please read our class descriptions if you have more specific needs. In general, all but the Intermediate class can be attended on a drop in basis. The Intermediate class is for those students who have developed a good foundation and who will not be lost with its challenges and expectations. Townsville's only yoga studio dedicated to the traditional teachings of Ashtanga Yoga. Our aim at Live and Breathe Yoga is to share our passion for yoga, health and movement to all in a friendly and fun environment. A stress free zone. A haven for anyone and everyone who needs to breathe, move, relax and smile.

Suitable for all levels of health and fitness, Yoga is something that can benefit everyone at any age. Sarah Jorgensen's style of teaching focusses on breath and posture awareness, strengthening the mind and body in a way that feels good for the body and the soul. Where to find Sarah teaching��. Sarah teaches in various places around Alligator Creek and Townsville. Sarah is also available to conduct Private and small group sessions from her home in Alligator Creek- or other locations as arranged. Sarah is currently teaching the following classes: �Alligator Creek Bowls and Rec Club, Parkland Road Alligator Creek: Saturday mornings 9:30- 11am (General all levels). �Yoga Health, Woolcock St Currajong: Wednesday mornings 9:30- 11am (Foundation level starting 1st Feb). �Upper Ross PCYC, Riverway Drive Rassmussen: Thursday mornings 9:30-11am (4 Week introductory course starting 16th Feb).
