Bowden Family Funerals came highly recommended by friends. We would like to pass on this recommendation following our recent funeral of our mother. They were extremely professional with reasonable rates. We were pleased to have three staff arrive an hour early for the funeral service. Bowden Family Funerals staff are highly professional, caring and very skillful. They put together quite a demanding photo presentation and went above and beyond all that we asked them to do, including searching and playing my father's favourite song, putting together a photo collage for play during the hymns, and most touching of all, the staff even brought along their own speaker to play Dad's song again whilst we were saying goodbye as the plot was covered over. The IT staff member Michael has superb technology skills and was able to transfer our raw materials and photos into a professional masterpiece. The staff were an absolute delight to work with and everything was hassle free. Anita was a huge pleasure to meet and work with.

We had the Memorial Service for our beloved mother today with Bowden's Family Care Funerals. The staff, particularly Michael, put hours of work into assisting us to polish up our Google Slides presentation, photos and music. On the day, the staff bent over backwards to help us, even cutting roses from their own garden for our homily. Michael at the graveside was sincere and sensitive and answered all our questions and gave us good advice. The chapel was very lovely and the music , Order of Service and sincere care and professionalism of the staff made this bitter-sweet experience as comforting as it could ever have been. I cannot fault Bryan J Reid Funeral Services. Every point of contact with every staff member was full of compassion and professionalism. They took such time and commitment to make sure every single detail for my mum's funeral was perfect. Even when I kept making small changes, they assured me it was OK as it had to be perfect for mum. Even though we could only have 10 people at the service, Maureen the celebrant made sure to include family and friends watching via live stream. Jeff and Kylie provided such support, advice and guidance and Greenway Chapel was a beautiful setting to farewell my mum. We just cannot thank you enough.
