I had a great experience! Very pleasant and helpful lady on two levels. Delivery was within a few hours as promised and my Daughter, in her words "I am blown away with the lovely arrangement...very happy" She sent me a photo, and I am extremely happy too. Beautiful !! Thank you Bella x

I called them from Melbourne - After chatting a few minutes with Joanne, she knew exactly what I wanted. My friend sent me a picture of the bouquet, she really loved it! It was just perfect in every detail and beautifully wrapped

Absolutely amazing customer and even more amazing flowers. Have used this lovely florist on many occasions. I just love what she does. I cannot thank Bella Floral Boutique enough for the magnificent flowers for my mother's funeral last year. Considering the circumstances the flowers brightened my day. We sent flowers to NSW back in August 2016 and the process was so easy. Thankyou so much Renee for all your help , it's hard when you live interstate . I saw the Photo's of the arrangements & they were absolutely beautiful . This is my 3rd yr of using Bella & am extremley happy. Will definately be ringing again soon to place another order. I have been a customer here for some time and love to come in and just get fresh flowers for the home, great service and price, last time in i bought something a little different and got succulents they are amazing and look great as a centre piece on the table thanks ladies so much.
