This gym has the best instructors. There professional but fun and energetic and very helpful whether it be about exercise or what healthy foods to eat and provide supplements. Everyone should come and have a look and support this amazing local gym.

We offer our clients a mix of fun fitness classes and also have equipment that you can use when it suits you. Membership is $49.95 per month with No Lock in Contracts. Friendly staff who always say hello when you walk in. Equipment is clean and new. Never greasy or sweat streaked like at the other gyms in Taree. Toilets and showers always clean and I love the 5.15pm class on Tuesday evening.

Manning Aquatic Leisure Centre is the local community aquatic and recreation centre in Taree. As a part of YMCA NSW, we believe in giving back to our local communities. Your memberships and fees help fund a range of important community programs. If you are looking to get fit and healthy, spend quality time with the family, or looking for a destination to host a children's birthday party, then look no further. We have a modern, air conditioned gym, with regular fitness classes. We are also the only gym in town with crèche facilities, as well as two pools, a sauna and a spa. We also have swimming lessons for all age groups. Baby, pre-school and school aged lessons are run regularly with a qualified, professional and experienced teacher in our indoor heated pool. We are also birthday party specialists! Rain, hail, or shine, have a pool party at the YMCA Taree-Manning Aquatic Leisure Centre, guaranteed fun for everyone! Both of my girls have come in leaps and bounds since beginning their swimming lessons at the YMCA. The instructors they've had have been wonderful. They are all very friendly and great with all of the kids. Would highly recommend them, especially if you are a family, their family memberships make swimming lessons affordable!

There are nice people that workout in this great 24/7 gym. They offer lots of variety of training and plenty of equipment. They are of a great standard, and the gym is clean and organized. The staff are accomodating and friendly too.
