Adrenalin Fitness & Squash has new equipment and offers Personal Training which is tailored to your needs, Personal Assessments and Programs, along with a range of popular group fitness classes: X-Train, Circuit, Balance, ZOOO Bodyweight Training, Boxing, Express Abs and Pole Dancing in our private air conditioned classroom. There are also two Squash & Racquet Ball Courts for Squash Competitions or as an alternate activity for family fitness and fun.
