Lovely friendly atmosphere, the classes are just great, I've made lots of new friends. Beautiful view of the river and very peaceful.

I love The Factory Gym, not only do I train here but I work here so I spend a large chunk of my day in the best gym in town. The gym has a large range of classes, friendly happy members, and a great view! And to top all this off it's about to go 24/7 so why not get the family to wake up every morning to train with beautiful river views and great company because I couldn't think of anywhere I would rather be !

Both of my girls have come in leaps and bounds since beginning their swimming lessons at the YMCA. The instructors they've had have been wonderful. They are all very friendly and great with all of the kids. Would highly recommend them, especially if you are a family, their family memberships make swimming lessons affordable!
