Hi, my name is Bec and I am a Qualified Polestar Pilates Instructor providing Pilates classes in the beautiful town of Maleny. We've been running our classes since 2016 and our lovely group of participants also have regular social get togethers. I run a variety of classes for anyone wishing to improve their posture, flexibility, upper and lower extremity strength, core stability and spine agility. My classes are suitable for beginner to advanced participants and I can cater for specific injuries, illnesses or postpartum concerns.
