An intimate and beautiful Pilates studio space operating since 2017 & located in Buderim on the Sunshine Coast. Located close to Mountain Creek schools and shops, and a short drive to Maroochydore, Mooloolaba, Sippy Downs and Brightwater. We're a Studio that's all about bringing Pilates back to being a more personal experience and offer a more intimate and supportive setting than group reformer studios. I've been going twice weekly to small group sessions at Make a Difference health and fitness for over a year now and I love it. For an affordable price, you get a Personal Trainer at the group sessions. The PT is a nice guy, and he knows his stuff. It helps that he is registered and insured! Lee takes the time to explain how to move safely and what muscle groups we are working. There's heaps of parking. And he plays great music. Recommend.
