Once there is a delivery to be made to a rural area, Toll could not care less about providing service. I specifically rang customer service once I was advised that my delivery ( a 1.6 metre mirror weighing 17 kilograms ) was on the truck to be delivered today. I explained in detail how and where to deliver it. Addressed to Unit 62, the driver did not call and merely dumped it at is basically the reception desk for the golf club in the complex. Toll are not able to provide the contact details for the agent who delivered it and on other occasions I have found they do not even know who the agent is.
If you have any say in the matter DO NOT LET YOUR SUPPLIERS USE TOLL.
